Role Purpose
The key purpose of this role is to manage shift to efficiently execute both T1 & T2 load plans to satisfy internal and external Customer service levels. Key Outputs and Responsibilities
Physically perform and lead the morning inventory count process. Identify the root cause of inventory count variances and put action plans in place through problem‑solving tools to improve the Inventory Accuracy KPI. Reduce Supply Chain Overheads through the utilization of problem‑solving tools. Create and manage warehouse management tools to ensure FEFO and track/trend Inventory Accuracy. Ensure movement of materials reflects in the SAP system at all times. Ensure adherence to layout in line with warehouse activities (e.g., Empties zone, Refusal zone, Order Picking zone, Repack zone, Finished Goods zone). Manage, track and trend quality standards for warehouse cleanliness, pest control, cross‑contamination, temperature control and product exposure; ensure 75% compliance to the Global Warehouse GOP. Implement a Location‑Based Inventory System and comply with blocking standards on non‑conforming inventory. Conduct product quality induction, track and manage repacking operations to conform to quality standards and improve repacking productivity. Adhere to a standardised picking process and ensure compliance, while tracking and managing picking accuracy and productivity. Ensure 75% compliance to the Warehouse Labour Productivity GOP; allocate and assign labour activities using the SKAP tool. Implement, track, trend and improve 5 S results and support design of management cycle documents (Business Descriptions, SLAs, Process Maps, Indicators). Develop and continuously validate SOPs, manage routine meetings to solve problems and drive performance. Use problem‑solving tools (5 WHY, Abnormality Reports, SIC, OPLs, RACI, OWD, PDCA, etc.) to develop action plans that improve PI’s and KPI’s; cascade KPIs and PI’s to individual warehouse employees. Ensure safe warehouse operation and compliance with all relevant safety blocks. Track and measure the PI of the loading/unloading bay allocation tool, and track related KPIs/PI’s (TCT, bay‑time utilisation, haul‑man hour). Key Attributes and Competencies

Three‑year relevant diploma or degree. Minimum two years of warehouse and/or logistics experience. High‑level computer user (MS Office, Oasis, handheld devices). SAP proficient. Additional Information
