Key Responsibilities:
Design, update, and maintain warehouse layouts in line with product and packaging changes.
Optimise space through the use of cube storage, multi-tiered systems, and compact solutions.
Conduct time and motion studies to assess staffing and equipment needs.
Streamline warehouse workflows to support peak demand, stock builds, and manufacturing downtimes.
Analyse warehouse data to identify inefficiencies, improve inventory accuracy, and reduce handling costs.
Monitor key metrics such as picking rates, space utilisation, and fulfilment rates.
Collaborate cross-functionally on New Product Development (NPD) and supply chain strategies.

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering
57 years experience in warehouse operations, stock management, or distribution
Experience within FMCG warehousing is essential
Proficiency in Auto CAD and strong data analysis skills
Understanding of lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement principles
