The Warehouse operations manager oversees the receipt, storage and dispatch of products in a safe and efficient way. He/she mobilizes his/her team and sets up the right processes and tools to ensure his/her site’s main objectives are met in terms of Safety, Quality, Service and Costs.
About You
Academic and Trade Qualifications
- 3 year Supply Chain degree or equivalent
- Up to date with logistics legislation, development and best practice
Work Experience and Skills
- Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience in FMCG supply chain operations
- SAP Experience preferred
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and productivity initiatives.
- Experience in leading, managing and developing people
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office), numeracy and analytical skills.
