Responsibilities Managing the New vehicle Sales Team
Selling New vehicles, this includes the following: Creating and delivering sales activities: i.e., prospecting, quoting and arranging demonstrations
Promotion of vehicles and products by attending and hosting displays
Building long-term relationships with customers and potential customers
Be involve in the community
The preparation and delivery of sold vehicles
Responsible for all sales admin, including loading of quotes, trade in evaluations, preparing and completing the deal file
Always be professional and comply to the expected NTT service levels Minimum Qualifications
Previous Sales Managers experience in a Franchise Dealer (VW Dealership Experience will be an Advantage)
Matric
Driver’s license without exemptions
Excellent Computer and online marketing skills
Good communication (oral and written)
Interpersonal relations, co-workers & customers
Well-presented Characteristics Responsible
Honest
Hard working
Positive attitude
