Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Actively seek out new leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success
Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field sales or B2 B environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
