Duties include
Create regional sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.
Support Dealer Network with operation.
Evaluate Dealership and individual performances
Report on regional sales results.
Forecast quarterly and annual targets, budgets.
Develop new Dealership staff.
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
Participate in decisions for expansion or business plans for new Dealers.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience
in a senior sales role such as Vehicle Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or Dealer Development Manager within the motor industry.
Matric qualification
required; a
postgraduate business-related qualification
is an advantage.
Valid drivers license
and willingness to travel as needed.
Strong ability to
analyse and measure key performance indicators (ROI & KPIs).
Proficiency in
CRM software
and a deep understanding of
dealer operations.
Skilled in
leading, motivating, and developing a high-performance Dealer Network.
Exceptional
communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
