My Client is looking for a Tender Administrator to be based their establishment in Sandton.
Salary R10-15 K negotiable
Requirements:
• Three (3) year National Diploma /Undergraduate Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Administration / Office Management
• At least 2 years on-the-job experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that tender documents are completed and accurate.
Maintain accurate records electronic copies of completed documents.
Searching for relevant tenders on various platforms.
Ensure the bid process is followed.
Coordinate collection of tender documents and ensure submissions are made on time.
Organize and schedule meetings.
Develop/maintain a filing system.
Review of information about demands and derivation of tender and proposal preparations
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
Contribution in cost and price calculations
Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the clients
Liaise with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new contracts, gathering information and doing market research on areas of contracts portfolio.
Develop procurement strategies.
Manage the tender and contracts award process for new contracts and contract renewals to ensure that company contracts offer best value.
Market the services of the company.
