Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Secunda for a Field Support Engineer at i OCO. The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology infrastructure. The role will involve on-site visits to client locations for maintenance and support tasks. Qualifications Experience in IT and Operational Technology support Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. Comp TIA A+, Comp TIA N+ MCSE)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Experience in industrial or corporate IT environments is a plus
