As a Business Developer at IT Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients within target market segments, including corporations, startups, and tech firms.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements, pain points, and hiring objectives.
Develop compelling proposals and presentations outlining our services and value proposition.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate sourcing and placement strategies.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing client retention.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, facilitating the hiring process from start to finish.
Negotiate offers and terms of employment, ensuring alignment between candidates and clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
