Our client who is a well-established ICT solutions company is seeking an experienced IT Server Engineer to join their team.
Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha
Job type: Permanent, on-site
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor installed systems
Test and maintain operation systems
Monitor application performance
Monitor backup and replication status
Test and maintain disaster recovery plans
The job includes being part of a rotating after-hours support schedule
Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
MCSA/MCSE
Have 5 years of professional experience with at least 1-year dedicated server experience.
Office-based and would only need to travel to clients on rare occasions.
