Description

We're seeking a Training and Development Specialist who will be responsible for enhancing employee performance and skills by assessing training needs, designing and delivering engaging learning programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Needs Assessment: Consult with managers and employees to identify skill gaps and areas for development through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
Curriculum Design: Design and develop engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and other instructional aids, applying adult learning principles.
Program Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs for new hires using various methods (in-person, online, blended learning).
Logistics Management: Plan and coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and managing training equipment and resources.
Effectiveness Evaluation: Monitor and assess the success of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Administration: Work with subject matter experts and HR teams to ensure content accuracy, maintain accurate training records, and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Essential Skills:

Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
