About the role: Seeking a highly skilled UCC (Unified Communications & Collaboration) Platform Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in provisioning and managing UCC services and a deep understanding of SIP trunks, HPBX, MPBX, and other UCC-related products.

This role requires a hands-on engineer with strong expertise in Net Axis, Broad Works, Yealink, Polycom, and other industry-standard tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Provisioning & Management:
o Fulfill UCC orders including SIP trunks, HPBX, MPBX, Contact Centre, Webex, Operator Connect, MS Teams, Direct Connect, Call Recording, Hunt Lines, and Mobile Number Porting (MNP).
o Manage the setup and discontinuation of UCC services, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Technical Expertise:
o Utilize deep technical knowledge to manage and configure SIP trunks, Hunt Lines, HPBX, and other UCC products.
o Leverage experience with Net Axis self-care portal, APIO, and Broad Works to ensure efficient UCC service delivery. Configure and troubleshoot Yealink and Polycom phones to support UCC platforms.
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate UCC services with other business systems.
o Mentor and share knowledge with junior engineers, fostering a collaborative learning Environment.
• Certifications & Compliance:
o Maintain and apply knowledge from certifications such as CCNA, Ribbon SBC, Broad Works, Web Ex technical certification, and Call Cabinet training.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
o Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for UCC services, ensuring high availability and reliability. Utilize Audio Codes and other relevant tools to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Required Skills and Experience:
• Certifications & Compliance:
o Maintain and apply knowledge from certifications such as CCNA, Ribbon SBC, Broad Works, Web Ex technical certification, and Call Cabinet training.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
o Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for UCC services, ensuring high availability and reliability.
o Utilize Audio Codes and other relevant tools to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in IT or relevant field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in UCC services provisioning and management, specifically with SIP trunks, Hunt Lines, and HPBX.
• Strong experience with Net Axis self-care portal, APIO, and Broad Works.
• Hands-on experience with Yealink and Polycom phones.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Valid CCNA certification.
• Ribbon SBC, Broad Works, Web Ex technical certifications, and Call Cabinet training.
• Experience with Audio Codes and other relevant UCC technologies.
