Duties & Responsibilities Assist customers in product usage, training, and troubleshooting, both in-person and over the phone, especially for Cash and Carry customers. Collaborate with Sales Representatives to enhance market share at customer locations. Manage urgent deliveries and collections as required. Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge and continuously seek improvement. Set up and manage display counters effectively. Communicate efficiently through weekly reports and emails. Identify and explore opportunities for new product lines and contribute to business growth. Qualifications High school diploma (Matric) required. Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or equivalent - A MUST!Experience Sales experience in any industry, with preference given to those with FMCG exposure.
