Senior Sales Leader – IT Services / Digital Transformation Experience Required:18-25+ Years Location: Johannesburg or Cape Town, South Africa (Onsite)About the Role C Ahead Technologies is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Leaderto drive strategic growth and enterprise client engagement across key markets.
This role is designed for a seasoned professional who brings deep expertise in IT services sales, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
The role requires ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, leadership of high-performing teams, and close collaboration with delivery and leadership stakeholders to ensure sustained revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy• Own and manage the full sales lifecycle, from strategy to closure and account growth• Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing enterprise relationships• Define and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives• Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Client & Stakeholder Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders• Lead strategic discussions and negotiations with enterprise customers• Ensure customer delight through effective engagement and delivery alignment• Act as a trusted advisor to clients across BFSI, Telecom, and Oil & Gas verticals Reporting & Governance• Present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to senior management• Track pipeline health, forecasts, and revenue metrics• Identify risks, opportunities, and growth areas proactively Team Leadership & Collaboration• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams• Work closely with Delivery, Presales, Recruitment, and HR teams• Foster a performance-driven culture aligned with company values Skills & Competencies Professional Expertise• Extensive experience in IT Services / Technology Consulting sales• Strong exposure to enterprise selling within BFSI, Telecom, and Oil & Gas sectors• Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and large accounts• Hands-on exposure to CRM systems, sales tools, and MS Office Leadership Attributes• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• High level of professionalism, integrity, and stakeholder maturity• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment Eligibility• 18–25+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development leadership roles• Proven track record in IT Services or Digital Transformation sales• Experience working with enterprise and global clients• Strong people leadership and team-building experience Compensation Compensation for this role isopen and competitive.
