Blue Software Technologiesis seeking an experienced B2 B IT Services Sales Specialist to drive new business across our IT and custom software services.
This is a commission-only, independent contractor role suited to a senior salesperson who can operate autonomously, manage a full sales pipeline, and close deals end-to-end within a small, director-led business.
You will operate with a high degree of independence, managing your own sales approach and pipeline, while collaborating with the Directors on deal qualification, pricing, and commercial alignment as required.
There are no fixed working hours and no micromanagement.
Performance is assessed on revenue closed and pipeline quality, not activity or time spent.
This role is not suitable for junior or entry-level salespeople.
