What you’ll be doing: Crafting documentation fit for heroes and mere mortals alike, including: User Help Files How-To Guides API Guides FAQs and Tips Release Notes Collaborating with product, development, and support teams to ensure every detail is accurate and up-to-date. Designing e-learning materials to create a comprehensive training ecosystem. Keeping up with daily product updates to document new features and improvements. Becoming a subject matter expert on cutting-edge solutions. Skills & Experience: A Degree or Diploma in English or a related field (IT knowledge is your secret weapon). A knack for translating complex information into simple, structured, and engaging content. Experience with technical documentation or software manuals. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks like a superhero. Confidence working with developers and stakeholders across multiple levels. Advanced word-processing skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Acrobat, In Design, and Moodle.
