Leaders in the Packaging industry is seeking a Training Specialist to create and sustain a progressive learning environment at their plant based in the Western Cape. As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include initiating, preparing, and evaluating the training and development process, including arranging venues and other resources, implementing assessments, applying recognised evaluation processes, and promoting a learning culture in the organisation.

Requirements:
Matric with relevant Technical Qualification/Diploma
3 Years of process operator training facilitation experience
Previous working experience as Corrugating Supervisor, Process Operator, or Artisan
Working knowledge and training, coaching, and facilitation skills
