Top design and build company with a strong background in the construction industry is currently seeking an experienced and innovative Technical Coordinator to join their team.

Technical Coordinator Responsibilities Carry out internal processes and procedures using trackers, reports, and checklists.
Manage the preparation of project terms and proposals.
Oversee the design programme and prepare monthly client reports.
Coordinate information and liaise with in-house architects, civil and structural engineers, and landscape architects.
Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key departmental developments.
Attend design meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Personal Specification At least 3 years’ experience within the construction industry.
Experience across the entire project cycle in residential projects.
Good understanding of technical detailing and compliance requirements.
Punctual, reliable, with good practical skills.
Degree qualified or equivalent.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
