The Talent Specialist will source, identify and hire exceptional talent for various roles within the company. Experience & Qualifications Relevant Bachelors degree or diplomaMinimum 3 - 5 years proven experience within the recruitment field (Retail experience advantageous)A valid driver’s licenseMicrosoft Office proficiency Role Responsibilities: Input into overall hiring strategy of the company to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individualsEnsure the talent needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mindDevise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experienceBusiness partner with HRBP’s to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations, identify talent needs in different business units, selection criteria for candidatesSource applicants through various forums including digital platformsCreate job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positionIdentify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidatesOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipelineDevelop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hiresKeep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Competencies Required Client-centric and focused on customer service and diversityVendor management experienceStakeholders and candidate managementKnowledge of local recruiting / talent landscapeAn excellent communicator and the ability to engage with business and stakeholdersAn effective team playerResilient and tenacious in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentPlanning, Organizing and controlling
