SUPPLY CHAIN & PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Safety Reps and the HSE Coordinator to ensure compliance with
Health & Safety policies.
Support the

Material Controller

in monitoring the movement of finished goods in and out of the department.
Conduct and oversee

weekly stock takes

for finished goods and consumables.
Manage

data reconciliation and capture

for raw material control.
Maintain

daily efficiency schedules

and update production-related reports.
Process

weekly wages

and production schedules.
Provide

general administrative support

to the Production Team Leader and Executive.
Maintain and monitor records for

NCQR and CFAR

to track trends and statistics.
Follow up on

DRM actions

and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee submission and follow-up on

trials and ISIR requests.
Assist with

staff and general queries

as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelors Degree

(preferably

BCom in Supply Chain

or related field).
Mathematics or Accounting

in Grade 12 (essential).
Minimum 3 years

of experience in an administrative role.
Experience in a

manufacturing environment

(advantageous).
Advanced Excel skills

and proficiency in data management.
Strong

administrative and organizational abilities.
