Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a management role, with a strong emphasis on sales experience.
- Completion of a 2-week training program.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment conducive to employee growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
