Train and motivate staff to maintain top-tier service.
Handle client inquiries, payments, and ensure spa standards.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years' spa/hospitality experience.
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in booking systems and stock management.
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
