Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Sales Executive with business analysis experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling physical document storage and software solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the records storage and management industry. This role will focus on driving sales of document storage and archiving software, digitalization solutions, and digital transformation platforms that enhance business process automation and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
Responsibilities Selling all services offered by The Document Warehouse
The key focus will be on selling Electronic Document Management Solutions (EDMS), alongside other strategic offering such as offsite storage, scanning, consumables, etc.
You will be responsible to sell to and support both end users and channel partners, leveraging all routes to market.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior level decision makers and other key buyers and partners.
Identify and target potential clients.
Gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s business and the industry in which they operate
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Identifying needs which the company can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals, and ultimately closing business.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
Understand the unique challenges and pain points of each client related to information management.
Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Recommend and position software solutions that address these challenges and deliver measurable value.
Demonstrate the ability to address each customer’s unique enquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer’s specific needs and interests
Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process
Cold canvassing and cold calling to on board new customers.
Being the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnel
Closing deals (80% of your time) but also some lead development and coaching of inside sales reps (20% of your time)
