This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Now Software Engineer located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Service Now Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Service Now applications, working within an ITIL framework ensuring resolution of incidents and request management within agreed SLA's, ensuring compliance with coding standards, participating in the software development lifecycle, and collaborating with teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
The role includes back-end web development, implementing object-oriented programming principles, and performing system integrations.
