to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Maintain and enhance the service/aftersales departments exceptional service standards by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Manage service department KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, productivity goals, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations, adhering to the automotive’s global brand standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Implement effective processes for managing service bookings, repairs, and vehicle maintenance.
Analyse service reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a service management role, ideally within the automotive industry (preferably premium brands).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Extensive knowledge of automotive service processes, repairs, and maintenance.
Familiarity with premium products, systems, and culture is an advantage.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets and KPIs.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering superior service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an automotive service environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Valid driver’s license.
