Job Description:
This role encompasses all aspects relating to Soft Services, Building Services, Technical Management, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Utilities and Capital Expenditure. The successful incumbent will be responsible for evaluating and maintaining policies, budgets, cost management strategies, contracts and standards through execution supervision follow up measures ensuring legal requirements are met including those mandated by the OHS Act.
