WHAT WILL YOU DO? The Off Platform CSC is responsible for the registration of new claims. This position entails ensuring accurate registration of claims within the agreed service level agreement and general administrative duties as required. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE? Register claims within agreed service level agreements.
Ensure accuracy of data captured on Santam and Broker systems.
Ensure that claims are registered against the correct policy section based on the information provided.
Liaise with brokers.
Correction of errors/data that are identified on claims already registered.
Upload claim documents to document storage.
Generate documents from broker system where required.
Schedule claims to Desktop team (if necessary). QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Grade 12 certificate
Computer Literate (MS Office package: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)
5-7 years claims services experience in short-term insurance (personal & commercial lines).
Strong client service orientation
Ability to work under pressure
Accurate and fast typing abilities
