Competencies and Key Skills
Deep expertise in wholesale telecommunications billing for voice, SMS, data, signalling, and value-added services
Strong knowledge of rating, charging, discounting, taxation, invoicing, settlement, and partner reconciliation
Experience with high-volume, high-throughput billing environments with strict accuracy and timeliness requirements
Agile Management, Project Management & Dev Ops experience.
Hands-on experience with mediation platforms and CDR/XDR ingestion, validation, enrichment, and error handling
Strong integration skills across APIs, file-based interfaces, message queues, and streaming pipelines
Strong understanding of non-functional requirements including performance, security, disaster recovery, and business continuity
Ability to design and enforce technical controls for billing accuracy and revenue assurance
Experience with release management, deployment planning, and rollback strategies in billing platforms
