Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and scalability.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our technical roadmap.
Champion best practices in software development, UI design, and agile delivery methodologies. Desired Experience & Qualification
7+ years of proven experience in technical domain specialization.
Hands-on development experience with a strong understanding of banking systems.
Exposure to agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
Proficiency in UI development, including Angular, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with SOA/API, including SOAP and Rest.
Familiarity with Dev Ops toolsets for software releases.
Knowledge of JWT (Java Web Tokens), SSLs, and Swagger for service development.
Proficient in Lotus Notes/Domino client and web development.
