What we’re looking for
You combine technical mastery with the ability to connect ideas, people, and purpose. You’re a natural communicator who can translate complexity into clarity, and who sees knowledge not as an archive, but as a strategic asset.

Strong technical judgment with the confidence to take a position and the humility to test it
Exceptional written and verbal communication - able to articulate EY’s point of view clearly and credibly

Passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and helping others grow
The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of relevant work experience in tax, technical advisory, or related fields, demonstrating progressive responsibility and expertise.
What we offer
At EY, you’ll join a team that values curiosity, inclusivity, and impact. You’ll have access to cutting‑edge technology, global insights, and a collaborative culture that recognises the power of ideas.
You’ll help shape the way EY - and our clients - navigate the future of tax. And in return, you’ll have the freedom, support, and opportunity to build a career that truly matters.
It’s your time to build a better working world.
