Degree in Information Systems / Diploma in IT / related field Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert IT Support / TCP/IP Knowledge / Technical understanding of IT network infrastructure 4-6 years experience in a similar senior role Experience with Hypervisor, server, managed switches, firewalls Desktop support and Office 365 administration
