Requirements:
Senior Certificate.
Tech Mechanical or Engineering Diploma
Solid Edge competency
Exposure to Syspro or similar ERP (Advantageous)
Fusion 360 training (advantageous)
Relevant draughting training and exposure to specification related to design engineering.
Own reliable transport.
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Mechanical draughting and drawing configuration.
Effective collaboration with engineering departments and production staff.
Leading, supervising, and mentoring the team for optimal productivity.
Feedback reporting and document control management.
Collaboration with project stakeholders.
ECP configurations and Syspro BOMs integration.
Contribution to process improvements and quality control.
Resource utilization.
Applying specialist technical expertise and developing job knowledge.
Working strategically to attain organisational goals, developing strategies and taking account of a wide range of issues that impact the organisation.
Focusing on stakeholder needs and satisfaction.
Setting high standards for quality and quantity.
Consistently achieving set goals.
Following instructions and procedures, adhering to schedules and demonstrating commitment to the organisation.
