Job Description

To ensure effective and efficient resolution of the Corporate and Commercial claims and related account payments by adhering to the identified processes, procedures, standards, and exercising appropriate discretion. Ensure delivery within the agreed SLAs and TATs of the assigned portfolio by effectively engaging with all relevant stakeholders.

Field of Study: Commercial Insurance Qualification

Experience Required

• 4-7 years commercial claims experience required. Should have a broad, solid technical understanding of corporate and commercial policy wordings and claims. Technical background on motor claims/ repairs (commercial).
• The role requires an individual with a minimum of 5 years insurance industry experience. Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience would be required as a minimum. Insurance product knowledge of at least 3 products for an Insurance Consultant Level 2.
• Risk Management: 3+ years commercial representative experience in intermediary services experience within Commercial lines.
