What Youll Do:

Migrate & enhance the company's IT Event Management to Service Now ITOM
Support & integrate monitoring solutions into Service Now ITOM
Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for Event Management & Workflow Engine
Develop & enhance ITOM solutions based on user stories
Document, test & optimize ITOM processes to drive efficiency
What You Need:

IT Qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Service Now ITOM Certification
6+ years of IT Operations Management experience
Expertise in ITOM solutions (Service Now, BMC True Sight) OR Java Script
Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google), Linux/Windows, Networking
Experience in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event Management)
Automation & Dev Ops mindset
