Senior HR Business Partner - BPO SECTOR

Our client is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly organized HR Business Partner to support Human Resource Operations and Management.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong commercial acumen to drive HR excellence and align with strategic business goals while fostering an inspiring organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- HR & Business Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities for organizational growth.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and workplace culture. Implement programs and policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition efforts to recruit top talent. Collaborate with managers to develop succession plans and career development pathways.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Provide training to managers on effective practices.
- Employee Relations: Address complex employee relations issues, promote open communication, and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with employment laws. Develop HR policies to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare reports for leadership.
- Change Management: Support change initiatives by developing strategies and communication plans. Coach leaders on managing change.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or relevant qualification
- 5-7 years HR and Management experience in areas like Recruitment, Onboarding, People Development
- Understanding of Employment Equity and Health & Safety Standards
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and business practices
- Experience in a BPO environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Salary: R48,000 per month CTC
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00
