Minimum Requirements:
Matric
2-3 years of experience in telesales
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Provide information and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Achieve set targets and maintain a proven track record of success in call handling and sales.
Manage time effectively while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office applications.
Coordinate tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when necessary.
