Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled General Engineering Superintendent (GES) to join their mining team in Gauteng. As a General Engineering Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all engineering activities within the mining operation.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all engineering activities within the mining operation.
2. Implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
4. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement risk mitigation measures.
5. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6. Manage a team of engineering professionals and provide guidance and support.

Requirements:

1. Grade 12.
2. Degree/National Diploma in Engineering (Electrical).
3. Valid Trade Test Certificate (Electrical).
4. 5 years' experience in the mining industry, whereas 3 years' must be in a Foreman position.
5. Extensive Coal experience.
6. Extensive DMS Plant and Mobile Machinery experience.
