Duties & Responsibilities Co-ordinate and oversee operations. Formulate strategies to improve performance. Procure material and resources, ensuring compliance. Increase customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Mentor team members. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Manage budgets and forecasts. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
