Recruitment Sales Manager
Area; This is a fully remote position (Can be located anywhere in RSA)
Salary; This is a commission-only position - You earn a % on every placement made and over-riding commission on your team. You should be earning between R0 - R40 000 p/m
This is a fully remote position - Candidates must have uncapped internet a laptop or pc and cell phone with a remote office set up to apply for this position.
Working hours Mon- Friday 8am -5pm

Minimum Requirements
2 years plus Sales experience
2 years' experience selling a service (not a product)
Work from home experience would be a plus
Strong customer service skills
Previous management experience would be preferred
Strong reporting exp and knowledge
Ability to keep existing and new clients happy and well serviced
Strong Zoom/Team experience
Ability to work and design on Canva
