About the Role

As Sales Head , you will be accountable for delivering budget and revenue forecasts for the South Africa division.

You will develop and implement the overall strategy in alignment with EXCO and ensure sustainable revenue growth of our products throughout Lexis Nexis South Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Develop revenue contingency plans to address forecast variances and ensure targets are met.
  • Generate and sustain a new business pipeline for all Lexis Nexis products in assigned territories.
  • Implement the annual strategic plan as agreed with the South Africa Executive Team.
  • Monitor and pursue new market opportunities, reporting progress via CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Stay informed of international and local trends and product developments.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to increase product awareness in South Africa and African markets.
  • Implement visitation programs to source new customers and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a similar sales role.
  • Experience selling technology solutions in the legal sector.
  • Experience selling governance, risk, and compliance software in the corporate sector.
  • Ability to embody Lexis Nexis values.
  • Good judgment, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
  • Political savvy, patience, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
