What Youll Do:
Take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at every touchpoint.
Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding each clients business, challenges, and goals.
Identify opportunities to expand engagement and add value through tailored solutions and services.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Regularly review account performance, provide insights, and lead strategic account planning sessions.
