Sales Team Leader
to join our team in Cape Town, The team leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents who sell fibre internet services, on behalf of one of South Africa’s leading internet service providers (ISP). The focus is driving performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and supporting the team’s development.
Overview of the role:
? Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Oversee daily operations, motivate agents, ensure sales targets are met.
Performance Monitoring:
Track sales targets, KPIs, and individual agent performance.
Coaching & Development:
Provide regular feedback, training, and support to improve sales skills.

ales Strategy:
Implement strategies to boost conversion rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Reporting:
Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
Customer Focus:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations when needed.
? Skills Required:
2+ years’ experience as a Team leader on a fibre campaign
Matric
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Must have knowledge of fibre internet products and the telecom industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
