We are seeking an Integrated Sales Consultant - Based in Boland Western Cape Role Purpose
Own and grow profitable revenue across Sanitech’s integrated solutions (Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Control). Operate independently to acquire new business, expand key accounts, and deliver disciplined pipeline management that converts to sustainable, creditworthy sales.
Education: Matric (Grade 12) required.
National Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Marketing, Sales. Experience: 5+ years B2 B field sales, ideally in hygiene/cleaning/pest control or adjacent services. Proven hunter/closer with repeatable wins and referenceable accounts.
Experience presenting at multiple stakeholder levels (operational to executive).
Must have a valid, unendorsed driver’s licence; own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel. Technical & Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point (costings, charts, percentages).
Competent CRM user (daily hygiene; pipeline and activity logging).
High initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
Negotiation, objection handling, and competitive displacement.
Relationship building, written/verbal communication, and executive presence.
Resilience under pressure; organized, reliable, and detail accurate. Key Outcomes (What success looks like) New Business: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets (baseline currently set at R18,500 p/m; cleaning revenue counted at one-sixth for target purposes). Pipeline Health: Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of R6m+ with clear next steps and conversion timelines. Retention & Growth: Re‑sign expiring contracts, lift share‑of‑wallet in priority accounts, and reduce churn through proactive service recovery. Quality of Revenue: Sign credit‑vetted, margin‑accretive customers aligned to branch strategy. Sales Hygiene: 100% on CRM data quality, weekly reporting, call cycle discipline, and documentation accuracy (contracts, surveys, installation handover). Responsibilities 1) Market Development & Hunting Plan and execute a targeted territory strategy; generate high‑quality opportunities via prospecting, referrals, and competitor displacement.
Conduct needs analyses and design integrated solution proposals that address customer pain points and compliance needs.
