Job Title: Sales Representative
Area: Vereeniging, Gauteng
Monthly Salary: Basic Salary + Commission Incentives

Our clients are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative that will focus on generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that solutions meet client needs. Previous experience in the engineering and fabrication industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Present and promote company products and services, highlighting their technical advantages.
Understand clients’ technical requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Key Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the engineering and fabrication industry.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes and engineering services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a history of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
