Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for quoting & closing battery orders and coordinating with the service department for on-time delivery and installation.
Understanding of Solution Selling.
Exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction and market share within the geographical region.
Customer visits and machine inspections.
Technical advice and training - Including presentations.
General battery inspections (quantifying voltages, SG levels, general battery condition).
Measuring of battery compartment for forklifts and battery charging areas.
Management of area sales targets, budgets, and expenses.
Handling of customer queries and complaints.
New business development.
Collection of Debtors.
Battery Bay designs. Minimum Requirements
Matric and or related tertiary qualification.
Report and Proposal writing and presentation skills.
Sales or Technical qualification or Trade advantageous.
Experience within battery sales essential.
Valid drivers license and own transport essential. Package & Remuneration
