Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
Drive showroom and floor sales by creating a customer-first environment.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Monitor sales performance and produce reports for management.
Manage stock levels and vehicle display.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and lead generation.
Minimum Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the
automotive industry
(minimum 5 years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of vehicle financing, trade-ins, and the overall sales process.
Target-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
Valid Drivers License.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing or Business (advantageous).
