• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration,
• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within the BUILDING / CONSTRUCTION industry (minimum 5 years)
• Strong understanding of modern sales techniques and marketing channels, including digital platforms
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
