Requirements:
Grade 12 (tertiary education advantageous)
Drivers license
Proven sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with all levels of clients
Self motivated
Target Driven
Ability to work independently and set up the necessary scheduling of clients
Knowledge of the construction / building industry
Duties:
Promote and sell the range to existing and new clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects and builders
Identify new business opportunities and leads, to generate sales
Achieve sales targets
Ensure accurate and expert advice to all clients, from high-end homes to budget group housing
Present and prepare sales presentation to new and existing customers
Regular feedback and reporting on sales and customer feedback
