Lexdan Select is working with a multinational B2 C business in Cape Town, who is searching for their Sales Director.
The Sales Director role is based in office in Cape Town, and has the following functions:
- Drive sales growth
- Manage a large team of sales managers & consultants across a variety of countries
- Create a thriving sales environment within the business
- Execute on sales goals
- Drive team growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience
- Experience within the B2 C segment
- 5 years experience in a senior management role
