Bed King is the only mattress retailer in South Africa that uses exclusive sleep technology as part of our sales process.

THE TOP PRIORITIES OF THE ROLE ARE: Close at least 50% of all customers dealt with, without relying on discounting (Achieve individual Gross Profit targets on a monthly basis) Learn and embrace the "new" Bed King way of selling and using sleep technology (100% of in-store customer to be offered a memorable retail experience) Provide excellent customer service by playing a proactive role in all customer contact situations (achieve 100% positive client)
Assisting the Branch Manager with any administrative duties within the store, in line with company policies and procedures THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO:
Offer in-store customers a memorable retail experience, by utilising Bed Kings' sleep technology to sell sleep-related products and thereby consistently achieving monthly Gross Profit targets.

Grade 12/Matric certificate
Customer service experience within a retail environment (furniture retail preferable)
A strong track record of meeting Gross Profit sales targets
Ability to commute to work without hassle
Computer literate and technology savvy DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and product knowledge
Assist customers in selecting the right bed and bedroom products
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
Meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
